Diagnostics

WireLord will diagnose your computer's ailments for just $20. If we can't tell you what is wrong with the computer, you will have your money back. This price does not include any actual repair work, just a problem statement and an estimate for the amount of time it would take us to actually repair the computer.

Repair

Whether it be hardware or software work, repair labor costs $60 an hour. This does not include any software or hardware that may need to be purchased in order to perform the repairs. You will always be asked before purchasing any additional software or parts, no surprise charges on your invoice after the fact.

House Calls

Too busy to bring your computer in? No worries, for an additional House-call fee of $40, we will come to you if you live in Leavenworth, Lansing, Easton, Atchison, or Basehor.

If we say that everything in our initial problem report is fixed and it's not, we'll do the rest of the work for free. If we can't fix the problem at all, you will receive a full refund of all labor charges and the diagnostics fee. Parts and software can be returned for a full refund.
